The swim is set in one of the beautiful, clean, spring fed lakes where the temperature in 2015 was 23 degrees! (Wet suits are optional).

Bringing supporters or want to get involved? We still need a few more marshals Sunday 26th June 6.15am-12.30pm. It makes a huge difference for competitors to see a friendly smiley face! Direct athletes on the bike route, give them a cheer & hand medals /water out! There is a free caravan for marshals if you need to stay over Sat night! We provide hot breakfast, a goody bag with snacks & water, & £20 discount code off a future SBR Events event - if you'd like to help please email amanda@sbrevents.co.uk - thank you

The bike route reverts back to the 2015 course (in reverse) as the new access road planned out of the venue will unfortunately not be completed in time. Taking you out of the venue via the main entrance into the surrounding undulating Lincolnshire countryside the SuperSprint and the Sprint have a 1 lap course. The Olympic follows the Sprint course over 2 laps. The SuperSprint remains fairly flat, whilst the Sprint and the Olympic have a little more elevation, yet still takes in some beautiful scenery.

Staying within the private park, the run follows the new access road running to the south of the complex with lakeside views. The residents come out to cheer you on making it a friendly atmosphere & gives you the encouragement you need for the final leg.

Choose from a SuperSprint, Sprint or Olympic distance & enjoy this rural environment in the East Midlands - a little gem hidden away.

The new maps are now ready to download showing routes and elevation.
